We process the questions and messages you enter so the assistant can reply. Please do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in the chat.

The site may use essential cookies and browser storage to keep the website secure, remember whether you have closed or used the newsletter form and support basic site operation.

How and why we use it

• MailerLite to manage newsletter signups and emails.
• Cloudflare and our website platform to host and protect the site and store enquiries.
• OpenAI to process messages submitted to the AI website assistant.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it or if it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, we use the safeguards required by data-protection law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry information is kept while we respond, consider the work and manage any resulting business relationship. We delete or anonymise it when it is no longer needed, unless we must keep it for legal, tax, accounting or dispute purposes.

Newsletter information is kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or object, we may retain the minimum information needed on a suppression list so your choice continues to be respected.
